Sustainability in numbers
Our commitment to a sustainable future
Sustainability isn't a trend, it's a matter of responsibility: a daily commitment that touches every aspect of our work, from the energy efficiency of our warehouses to people development and transparency in decision-making.
It's not only about the environment, but about adopting a growth model that combines innovation, operational discipline and a positive impact on the communities where we operate. That's why we actively address ESG topics, with dedicated resources and measurable targets, because we believe that only what's traceable can be improved.
The 2025 Ethics and Sustainability Report is the concrete proof: it is certified and, for the first time, measures the carbon footprint, scope 1 and 2, under the GHG Protocol.

Clean energy, sustainable mobility and responsible resource management
Our environmental commitment translates into tangible actions across the logistics chain. Photovoltaic systems are installed on six hubs in Italy, integrated into the warehouse architecture, with three more planned. In 2025 they produced 3.12 million kWh of clean energy, 20% more than in 2024, and installed capacity reached 3,297 kW, beyond the 3,294 kW target.
Through the relamping project, more efficient lighting has reduced installed power by 112,959 W. Electric and hybrid vehicles make up 23% of the company fleet in Italy, plug-in hybrids included, and we optimise every route to cut fuel use and emissions. We have also replaced single-use cartons with reusable crates: 697,072 cartons saved in 2024.
Inclusion, wellbeing and shared growth
We believe that sustainability starts with people. In Italy our team counts 1,085 employees, including the 800 people from the operating cooperatives brought in-house since May 2026: 83% are on permanent contracts, 33% are women and 20% are under 30. In 2025 we delivered more than 6,100 hours of training across the group, in safety, first aid and fire prevention, courses for new hires and supervisors, and English.
Art enriches our workspaces, and we support social and cultural projects to improve quality of life for both employees and the wider community.

A company within the company
Sustainability is not a project, it is the way we do business. Snatt Lab brings together what we do for the people who work here and for the communities where we operate.
Social housing. Three farmhouses restored in Campegine and Castelnovo di Sotto become 50 apartments at below-market rent for employees. The first project, in Castelnovo, started in 2026: 14 apartments with shared spaces, access to the new cycle path, solar power and no gas.
Language course. A language course during working hours, attended by 189 employees.
Prevention. On-site medical facilities and screening packages for employees: melanoma, thyroid, breast and abdominal ultrasound.
Together. A new multipurpose area at the C7 hub, dedicated to collaboration, inclusion and employee wellbeing.
Safety and less plastic. Every warehouse has bicycles with emergency backpacks and at least one defibrillator, with regularly trained operators. No plastic bottles: purified tap water is available across offices and warehouses, and our cutlery is 100% recyclable.
Since 2026 Snatt has been part of the Emilia-Romagna Region's workplace health promotion programme.

Innovation, transparency and value for local communities
Our governance model is based on strict ESG principles, grounded in ethics, transparency and innovation. All activities are governed by a Code of Ethics, anti-corruption policies and whistleblowing procedures, with no reports recorded in 2025. The commitment to sustainability has become a structure: a dedicated team, led by a manager with thirty years of experience and supported by specialists.
ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications, AEO status and a SOC 1 Type II report on the Logistica.Net processes ensure quality, safety and compliance. Seventeen warehouses in Italy are BREEAM certified, alongside one BREEAM Good hub in the United Kingdom, one LEED Gold facility in Hong Kong and two LEED Platinum facilities in Shanghai. Our goal is to apply these standards across all our sites, delivering long-term, tangible value for our territories and stakeholders.
In 2025 we received the Special Jury Prize at Impresa Sostenibile (Il Sole 24 Ore, Sustainability Forum, Rome) for the integrated approach set out in our ESG Manifesto, and in China OMLOG received the Panda d'Oro Sustainability Award from the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce. In 2026 our reusable tote system with RFID tracking, which replaces single-use cartons in store deliveries and saves 710,000 kg of paper every year, was recognised at Il Logistico dell'Anno by Assologistica.
