How it works

From quality control to reverse logistics, one continuous flow

Every value-added service is digitally tracked in our WMS, scalable to brand identity, timelines and volume, even during peak season.

01

Quality control

Every garment is inspected in dedicated areas by trained staff, checking size, stitching, finishing, colour fastness and accessory placement, digitally tracked in the WMS.

02

Inventory management

Cycle counts on a rotational or targeted basis, supported by RF devices, keep physical and system inventories aligned without disrupting sales.

03

Reverse logistics

Structured returns flows across all channels, with item-level identification via barcode or RFID: every product is classified, tested, tracked and restocked or processed.

04

Repairs & reconditioning

Technical and cosmetic repairs performed in-house, with trusted external partners for special materials, tracked in the WMS before re-entering the sales network.
