RFID integration,
end-to-end
The adoption of RFID technology is a strategic lever for our operations. It boosts efficiency, traceability and inventory accuracy across the entire logistics process for fashion retail, fully integrated with our proprietary WMS, Logistica.Net.
Real-time, contactless control across the product lifecycle
RFID is fully embedded in our processes and seamlessly integrated with our proprietary WMS, Logistica.Net, making Snatt an RFID logistics provider across our network of 40 distribution centres. It enables real-time, contactless control throughout the product lifecycle, from inbound to storage, shipping and store delivery. Each item is uniquely identified via a passive microchip embedded in the label or product, and the system allows fast, multi-item scanning without line-of-sight, drastically reducing processing time and the potential for human error.
During inbound, RFID automates the validation of shipped versus expected goods. In the warehouse, it improves inventory accuracy, speeds up stock counts and packing, and minimises stockouts, supporting dynamic, transparent inventory management for fashion retail. On the retail and B2C side, RFID enhances product verification, automated checkout, rapid inventory, end-of-season returns and omnichannel sales such as ship-from-store or same-day delivery.
Barcode scanning keeps data-entry errors down to roughly one in 3 million, compared with about one in 300 for manual keying.
What RFID delivers across the flow
Five ways RFID strengthens traceability, efficiency and customer experience at every stage, from inbound to store.
Real-time traceability
Each item is identified and tracked throughout the supply chain. Fast, bulk reading of tags provides immediate status updates, reducing the risk of errors or loss, and meeting traceability requirements for Digital Product Passports.
Fast, reliable inventories
Fixed or handheld RFID readers allow full stock counts in minutes, with very high accuracy, ensuring continuous visibility of inventory and product flows while simplifying updates and adjustments.
Inbound and outbound efficiency
RFID automatically verifies logistics units during receiving and shipping, eliminating manual checks and speeding up operations, for smoother workflows and better performance monitoring.
Omnichannel & customer experience
RFID enables advanced management of ship-from-store, same-day delivery and more, and creates a direct brand-to-customer channel: scanning the tag gives access to the Digital Product Passport.
Security, sustainability & ESG
RFID helps prevent theft, fraud and tampering with precise, verifiable tracking, while reducing paper waste, packaging materials and unnecessary handling.

Every unit tracked, from inbound to store delivery
RFID automates the validation of shipped versus expected goods at inbound, and keeps every unit visible through storage, shipping and delivery, with data flowing straight into Logistica.Net.
From tag to data, built for every brand
RFID is increasingly central to enabling the Digital Product Passport (DPP), a new standard promoting transparency, reusability, repairability and sustainability. With its writable, readable memory, the tag becomes a carrier of brand-to-consumer data: material traceability, care instructions, after-sales services, repairs and ESG impact. Thanks to its flexibility (UHF, NFC, dual-frequency), RFID is tailored to the needs of both luxury and mass-market brands, in partnership with leading suppliers of tags, readers, antennas and middleware.

Aligned with our standards, ready to scale
All RFID implementations are aligned with our standards for security, sustainability and performance. Integration with Logistica.Net ensures smooth interoperability with client ERP, TMS and retail systems, providing full end-to-end visibility across the value chain.
With RFID, we make logistics smarter, faster and more connected, improving the end-customer experience and paving the way for a more transparent, circular and sustainable future.

What is RFID integration at Snatt?
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is fully embedded in our processes and seamlessly integrated with our proprietary WMS, Logistica.Net, enabling real-time, contactless control throughout the product lifecycle, from inbound to storage, shipping and store delivery.
How does RFID improve inventory accuracy?
Fixed or handheld RFID readers allow full stock counts in minutes with very high accuracy, ensuring continuous visibility of inventory and product flows while simplifying updates and adjustments.
Does RFID support omnichannel operations?
Yes. RFID enables advanced management of ship-from-store, same-day delivery and other omnichannel flows, alongside product verification, automated checkout and end-of-season returns.
What is the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and how does RFID support it?
RFID is increasingly central to enabling the Digital Product Passport, a standard promoting transparency, reusability, repairability and sustainability. Its writable, readable memory carries material traceability, care instructions, after-sales services, repairs and ESG impact data.
How accurate is RFID at Snatt?
Very high: fixed or handheld readers complete full stock counts in minutes, and contactless multi-item reading removes the line-of-sight errors of manual scanning, with every read flowing straight into Logistica.Net for real-time inventory accuracy.
Are you an RFID logistics provider for fashion retail?
Yes. RFID is fully embedded in our processes and integrated with our proprietary WMS, Logistica.Net, across our network of 40 distribution centres in 5 countries. It supports fashion retail brands with real-time, contactless control from inbound to store delivery, plus retail and B2C flows such as automated checkout and ship-from-store.
How accurate is RFID inventory tracking in a fashion warehouse?
Very accurate. Fixed or handheld RFID readers allow full stock counts of a fashion warehouse in minutes, with very high accuracy, ensuring continuous visibility of inventory and product flows while simplifying updates and adjustments.
